Mom hugs detective after told of arrest in son's killing
Arrested "20 Times" and still had access to a firearm. Yeah folks, we have a serious problem with our criminal justice system.
" Davila has been arrested about 20 times since 2005, according to court
records. The most serious charges were aggravated battery with a firearm
and damaging a vehicle in 2007. Those charges were dropped, according
to the records."
