Here's a well known fact. During the reign of Ronald Reagan, federal budget cuts destroyed cities, villages, suburbs, small towns, and states ability in combating crime, funding education, and services for people with physical, and mental disabilities. So here's the rub. With the lack of funding, and willpower, our leaders just threw them out on the streets. In my opinion, that's some fucked up Ayn Rand shit, and that ass-clown, was a greedy, materialistic, atheist.

Don't shake your head in disgust when you hear, or read about "Released Felons" out on the streets, with illegally obtained firearms. Just go ask the Mayor, Alder-person, committee chair, committee members, state congressional, and Governor's of your home state, to put an end to this madness merry-go-round, and lock these butt-heads up until they can prove to be productive members of society again. Make them earn a diploma, GED, or hell, even a degree before you let them out.

And please don't accept that bullshit "We Are A Balanced Budget State", and have no money excuse. Raise the fucking taxes on those making over 300 thousand a year, and stop giving away taxpayer funds to companies that turn right around, and fire/layoff employees, and jet off overseas, or Mexico. Stop it! Each state should do this so these dicks have no place else to turn.
