Man wounded in South Side shooting
So many unanswered questions with this case. Many will speculate if the person was in a gang, selling drugs, going to work or school, or just simply minding ones own business. Only time will tell if this person decides it's better cooperating with law enforcement, as opposed to taking the law into their own hands.
Let's all hope the latter isn't the case.
