4 hurt in shootings across city
Yesterday I pondered about the last police chief's tactic on going after the gang leadership, and thought, why are they not still doing this? I guess many theories can be born from why they are not, yet there is one I'll float. Perhaps they did because of possibility it may create even more bloodshed.
Here's the rub. The police know who these leaders are. With that knowledge, let's ponder that the leaders told police their rank and file cannot be controlled, and just may retaliate against the leadership. That's a possibility because of the rampant shootings we see, or read about on a daily basis. They (Leadership) have created monsters.
Maybe that is a reason, police may have abandoned this tactic? Oh well, it's a theory.
