Top cop: Police would still make arrests in some cases under pot ticket law
Like I've stated before, it's a start.
There's no need for raving about how pot is less dangerous than booze and smokes. There's no need for pointing out the epic failure of the "War on Drugs." We also know for a fact, it was the lumber, and newspaper barons that saw the potential economic threat pot presented to their bottom line. As each generation grows, and others fade into memory, common sense always prevails.
So with that said, let's sit back and see where this goes. Once again, it's a start.
