And by the way, how did prohibition work out for ya? This is nothing more than another War On Something, which always fails. Look, you have better things to do like, legalize pot and tax it also. Once you do that, people will always find it Cheaper in another State. So in reality, cigarettes, and pot are both No Win Attack Strategies. The proof is in the historical data.
So, Reality Check Time. Go right ahead and tax them both. People will still hunt for bargains.
