3 shot in separate West Side shootings
Hello Parents.
Why is a "13 year old" out that late? And why is he with a "20 year old"? Is the guy a relative? If so, why didn't he make him go home? And if not related, why are you letting a child be around such a person?
Do you really care about these kids? Or are you just going through the motions and waiting on that visit, or phone call telling you the kid is either dead, or in jail? Are you parents, working, or huffing bath salts, and crack? Have you ever heard of this thing called "Curfew"?
Why is a "13 year old" out at that time parents? Don't you even care?
