My guess would be all that artificial crap they put in "prepackaged food".

Look, if you could slaughter your own cow, pig, sheep, or chicken you would at the very least, know what your eating. The same holds true if you grew your own fruits and vegetables.

So as far as this "Study" is concerned, I give it a major Uh Duh! No shit Sherlock.
