Would finding aliens shatter religious beliefs?

Would finding aliens shatter religious beliefs?

Well there's a simple answer for that question. Yes, it would for those that are not as informed as others. Any theologian will tell, and show you, exactly where the almighty held a "Meeting" and declared "making man in our own image".

That statement alone informs the reader that "others" were present when this was said. I should point out that this may not be a read for those that choose not to believe, or follow religion. But, it does present some interesting questions for those that do engage in deep thinking. For instance, the devil, also known by his given name, Lucifer. Where did he come from? Why was he, and others created? From other accounts Lucifer translates into English as the term "Light". This account, or story comes from "The Lost Books" collection, which goes on telling the story of what happened to Adam and Eve, after getting the proverbial boot from Eden. It also gives a description of how Lucifer came to being, and the task he was charged with. It even goes on to tell how pissed he became when he was instructed "To Bow Down" too Adam.

Anyway, ask yourself this. How come we know both Herod's existed but not Christ? Why do we know Pontius Pilate existed, and Christ doesn't? Isn't it odd that there is documentation that these three existed, yet the one person that gave them so much angst, simply vanished?

If other life forms are out there, those that do believe, and think so, will have many questions should "Aliens" decide to make themselves known to our still evolving humanity. Will it "Shatter" others beliefs? Some, yes, others, not so much.
