Who in the hell are these jerks modifying weapons, and how in the hell do they keep getting away with it? I'm willing to bet that nine times out of ten these jerks are repeat offenders. This fact is a reason I've advocated tougher sentencing guideline reform. Our state has past a tougher repeat offender law but, I rarely see it enforced by prosecutors or judges. You just can't allow violent repeat offenders on house arrest which has happened in the past, to slip out and commit more crimes against innocent civilians. Get your shit together prosecutors, and judges.
