If you had shot-spotter and cameras on every street and alleyway, maybe such crimes will see a reduction. It's what I've been saying for years. How about that third link? The parents of those juveniles must be proud. Apparently, there's no strict discipline within those households. Lastly, our religious leaders of all faiths are still nowhere to be found.
