There it is. You have to be mentally unstable to go around shooting people minding their own business. What kind of grudge does a person have that they will shoot at cops, a kid, and three people just chilling? Take the lady that shot up Joel's church. Neighbors told authority's in Texas she had a mental condition and they still allowed her to purchase firearms. Where's the outrage?
