The only thing these articles have in common is the fact an officer has died and another is wounded. If we don't get these illegally obtained guns off our streets, this madness will continue.
What say you state legislature? What is your next move in helping putting a stop to this insanity? Will you finally pass legislation designating documented gang members as domestic terrorist? Will you pass legislation for funding cameras on every street corner, alleyway, and expressway? Or will you just let the madness continue? It's your move.
I sure hope these numbers don't explode over the next two days. In the meantime, our politicians, prosecutors, and religious leaders of all faiths continue failing the public by not demanding and enacting legislation that will deal with this messed up situation of illegally obtained guns on our streets.
