Just fucking insane. Meanwhile, our politicians, prosecutors, so-called religious leaders of all faiths, and disinterested parents continue failing the public by not doing shit about this insanity. Just look at the number teens hit by gunfire. Why isn't curfew being enforced? Parents, if you really cared about your kids, why are you letting them wander the streets and not in school? The police can only do so much. Reign in your kids before you have to bury them.
