Somebody should tell the mayor you can't sue these terrorist if you can't catch them. Meanwhile, the rest of the politicians, prosecutors, and religious leaders of all faiths continue failing the public they serve by not doing shit about it. Look, make life easier on yourself. Just designate these documented gang members as domestic terrorist. Lock them up for life. Problem solved.
