You can bet there will be retaliation shootings today. I know this and so does the police. This is one of the reasons why they came up with a "documented gang members list." It's a tool that helps law enforcement predict crimes. The best way this tool works, is by having these douche-bags under constant surveillance. It is an effective tool when used. But, from some odd reason the gangs crime task force was dismantled. Ain't that some shit?
