Madness Continues: 16 people shot in Chicago Monday, including two 16-year-old boys

Okay I'll bite, the "shot-spotter" can only work with more cameras looking at every street corner and alleyway. The bulk of these shootings are being done via the infamous drive-by. So track the vehicles and just maybe you will get a picture of the perpetrators and arrest them. Put cameras on every street and alleyway. Do something besides yelling this doesn't work unless you put people and funding behind it.
