I think that second link shows all of us the real problem. In urban terms, they really don't give a damn because it's just Black and Brown killing and maiming each other. Out of six years of complete mayhem, only two terrorist got convictions. That sucks. In the meantime, the rest of the terrorist are still out there on the streets as one can tell by the 51 shot and the 5 dead. What's your priority prosecutors?
