Go figure. In the meantime, our politicians, prosecutors, and so-called religious leaders of all faiths continue failing the public by not doing shit about it. There's no decent paying jobs in any of these neighborhoods. If you don't fix that problem, you get crime. That's a scientific fact. Yet, when you have people in power who just don't give a fuck, and love lusting for money and power, these impoverished neighborhoods will continue struggling with gangs/domestic terrorist and crime. Are you still wondering why?
