For the shortest month of the year this isn't very good news. It's that old one step forward, two steps back routine. We know the cause and we know the cure. The problem is executing the best plan at our disposal. The first plan is for the GOP controlled senate allowing a vote on gun reform legislation that includes universal background checks. Such a move may even save some of those so-called vulnerable republican senators up for re-election. But, I doubt that. The second plan is an actual living wage employment opportunities that instill pride in the individual. So what's the holdup implementing such actions?
