I wonder how they will spin this shooting spree at the end of the month? This is gang warfare plain and simple. We need more cameras and surveillance on these documented gang members. We need the repeat offenders thrown under the prison and never let them taste freedom ever again. We need a lot of things done but, our politicians lack the will in implementing any action.
