It's still insane but, it could have been much worse. Call it good policing with technology that cut these horrendous numbers down. But, we still have a major problem with sentencing guidelines. The ones with repeat gun offenses should never be allowed back on our streets. There's also the gun reform legislation collecting dust in the GOP controlled senate. What will become of it?
