As you already know October is over and the end of the month turd polishing stats are in. It's main point is making all of us feel better without addressing the proverbial elephant in the room. There's no decent paying jobs in the city. There's just retail for the average man and woman holding a high school diploma. You need college credits or a high cost degree for anything else in this city and, that doesn't even guarantee you a decent living wage. So, that why we have idiots shooting each other for trivial shit like selling dope or calling someone a bad name. Yeah, go figure.
Yet again in the meantime, the GOP controlled senate still hasn't passed gun reform legislation. As a matter of fact, they haven't passed shit that addresses any issue with public safety or jobs. The nations top cops, prosecutors, and union police presidents haven't called or held a joint press conference demanding passage of gun reform legislation. Yet, the nations top cops did applaud a racist president denigrating a Black police chief who's crime numbers are down compared with other cities. Yeah, go figure.
