Maybe it should read, Cold weather stops mini-terrorist reigning mayhem on city? I digress. As I've stated in prior post, look at the numbers in your city. This is happening all over the country. Baltimore has hit 300 homicides for five years in a row. Yeah, you read that right. Like this city, they have strict gun laws. But, the surrounding states don't. The flow of guns from states with weaker gun restrictions plague cities with strong ones because those states can't sue the exporters of death. That is some bullshit that needs fixing.
