Madness Continues: 11 wounded Tuesday in citywide shootings

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/31/20748044/11-wounded-tuesday-in-citywide-shootings

You know how this goes. In the meantime, there's still no legislation for universal background checks. There's still no closing the gun show loophole. There's still no demand for installing cameras on all side streets and alleys. I'm also betting that over half the people that got shot yesterday, know who did it. Turn these assholes in so they can finally stay off the streets and make them safer.

Madness Continues: 6 shot Monday in Chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/30/20746726/6-shot-monday-in-chicago

What more can one say? I know, if they were serious about reducing shootings, they would install more cameras on side streets and alleys. They would also pass legislation that gun buyers be finger-printed and pass universal background checks. Oh, they could also pass legislation making repeat gun offenders serve life prison sentences. At the very least, it's a start.

9 Killed, 39 Wounded In Weekend Shootings Across Chicago

9 Killed, 39 Wounded In Weekend Shootings Across Chicago: Another hot weekend ended with dozens of people rushed to the emergency room with gunshot wounds. Shootings left nine people dead and 39 wounded over the weekend.

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/29/8932733/weekend-shootings-july-26-july-29-2019

Dueling headlines that conflict. I'll take the first link over the second as a tad more accurate. But, in the meantime our politicians, clergy, law enforcement, and prosecutors are still not demanding more cameras being put up on side streets and alleys. I find the silence maddening.

Madness Continues: 2 killed, 3 wounded in Thursday shootings

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/26/8931388/2-killed-3-wounded-thursday-shootings-july-25

Wow! In just four days we have 25 wounded with 4 deaths. Imagine what the weekend will look like? In the meantime, there's still no demand from politicians, clergy, law enforcement, and prosecutors for more cameras on side streets and alleys. How many more dead and wounded will it take?

Madness Continues: 6 wounded Wednesday in Chicago shootings

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/25/20727110/6-wounded-wednesday-in-chicago-shootings

You know how this goes. In the meantime, our politicians, clergy, and prosecutors are still not demanding cameras be put up on side streets and alleys. Look, I'm all for privacy rights and concerns but, such cameras will be pointed at the sidewalks and streets, not your windows where the bulk of the shootings happen. So I ask again, what's the holdup?

There was an incident here where a mini-terrorist launched and attack in an alley behind a laundromat, firing across the street at rivals where there's a bus stop and store in the path of the bullets. If a camera was placed in the alley, that shithead would probably be in jail as we speak. So I ask again, what's the holdup?

Madness Continues: 6 shot, 1 killed in Tuesday gun violence

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/23/20707777/tuesday-chicago-shootings

Damn shame. In the meantime, our politicians, clergy, and prosecutors still haven't requested more cameras on side streets and alleys as the mini-terrorist continue their bloody mayhem across the city and state. Just imagine the reduction in crime those cameras would bring? But, wait a minute. That makes sense. No wonder they haven't done it yet.

Madness Continues: 10 shot — 1 fatally — Monday in Chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/22/20706659/monday-shootings

Damn! It appears the mini-terrorist are back at it again bringing mayhem and chaos on our streets. You should also take notice that no arrest were made. Whenever you see no arrest, expect retaliation shootings the very next day. With that being said, our politicians, clergy, and prosecutors still are not demanding more cameras so law enforcement officials can catch these mini-terrorist. Are you still wondering why?

Madness Continues: 2 killed, 41 wounded in Chicago weekend shootings

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/22/20701793/2-killed-41-wounded-chicago-weekend-shootings

Well, there you have it. Another weekend of mayhem. In the meantime, it's business as usual with our politicians, clergy, and prosecutors as the soulless ghouls continue walking our streets. Eventually, it will slow down or completely stop. But we should never wait for that day to unfold. We must demand more cameras on the side streets and alleys where the bulk of these senseless shootings occur. Until then, more bloody weeks and weekends will continue.

Madness Continues: 2 killed, 6 wounded in Friday shootings

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/20/20701630/friday-shootings-roundup

In the meantime, it's business as usual with our politicians, clergy, and prosecutors as they continue ignoring the carnage. None of them are storming downstate demanding help. They are not asking for more finds so more cameras can go up on side streets and alleys. The gun show loop hole is still open. There's also no universal background check legislation passed in congress. Are you still wondering why?

Madness Continues: 9 shot, 2 fatally Thursday in Chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/18/20700324/thursday-chicago-shootings

What more can one say? How about this? In the meantime, our politicians, clergy, and prosecutors continue ignoring the carnage offering no hard hitting solutions. I've yet to hear any of them say they are going to put cameras up on the side streets and alleys. This solution will help law enforcement and prosecutors finally put away repeat gun offenders. It's a start.

Madness Continues: 3 shot Wednesday in Chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/18/20698965/3-shot-wednesday-in-chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/city-hall/2019/7/17/20697860/preckwinkle-complains-lightfoot-eddie-johnson-police-false-narrative-crime-violence

The second link is kind of interesting when you think about it. The police department does have an unacceptable homicide clearance rate. I guess they will need better surveillance spots so they can keep tabs on the documented gang members that commit these shootings. You should also consider putting up cameras on the  side streets and alleys. I'm still baffled why they haven't screamed for more cameras?

Madness Continues: 8 shot, 1 killed Tuesday in Chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/2019/7/17/20697472/8-shot-1-killed-tuesday-in-chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/16/20696898/summer-violence-shootings-lightfoot-johnson-chicago-police

The second link pretty much hits the nail on the head. There's no decent paying jobs in these neighborhoods. NONE. That's why you see drugs flowing. That's why you see the violent turf wars. These idiots are fighting over something they will never own. Once you fix the economic disparity in these neighborhoods, the number will go down. Until then, you will keep seeing these headlines of death and injuries.

Madness Continues: 4 wounded Monday in shootings across Chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/2019/7/16/20695938/4-wounded-in-shootings-across-chicago

After another bloody weekend, the mini-terrorist are back at it again making politicians, clergy, and law enforcement look incapable of doing anything about it. The sad part, there's plenty of things that can be done. It's just up to us if we want to pursue any plan of action.

Monday, July 15, 2019

Madness Continues: 9 killed, 32 wounded in Chicago weekend shootings

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/15/20692775/weekend-gun-violence-july-12-july-15

What else can I say? We need cameras up on side streets and alleys. We need universal background checks. We need legislation allowing citizens the right to sue states with weaker gun laws. We need repeat gun offenders locked up for life. We need the city and state to wake up and begin buying abandoned factory's and convert them for producing solar panels and wind turbines, along with job training for these fields. Why not? Since private companies want only more and more tax cuts, why not dab in a little socialism and open and operate city and state owned companies? That way the money stays with the people and keeps revenue flowing for government budgets. Hell, it's a start.

Madness Continues: 4 shot Thursday in Chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/12/20691477/4-shot-thursday-chicago-gun-violence

There's that. In the meantime, there's still no push for more cameras so police can catch these mini-terrorist. There's still no mass protest led by religious leaders demanding action. The only good news is a lot of these mini-terrorist got arrested last week, that's why you see a drop in shootings. Keep the pressure on.

It's Still Madness: 3 wounded Wednesday in Chicago shootings

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/11/20689987/3-wounded-wednesday-in-chicago-shootings

As predicted, with a heavy police presence in other areas the roaches reappear in other places. These roaches know their days are numbered because police picked off a number of them over the holiday weekend, along with their illegally obtained firearms and drugs. But, here's the rub. Now that they have some of these roaches in custody, the onus falls on the prosecutors on not letting these repeat offenders back on our streets. We'll wait and see.

Madness Continues: 7 shot Tuesday in Chicago gun violence

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/10/20688351/seven-shot-tuesday-in-chicago-gun-violence

Jesus. In the meantime, it's business as usual with politicians, theologians, and prosecutors as they continue ignoring the carnage. The top cop laid it all out for you. This city has a felony repeat offender problem and no one is doing shit about it. Like it or not, you must three strike felony repeat gun offenders. There's no other way.

Tuesday, July 9, 2019

Madness Continues: 2 shot Monday in Chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/9/20687289/2-shot-monday-in-chicago

A new week and two shot by another dickhead. No one knows what the tally will become for this week, but you can bet it will not be good. In the meantime, no new strategy, no mass protest marches, and no demands for more cameras up. Are you still wondering why?

Nearly 70 People Shot, Five Of Them Fatally, Over Independence Day Weekend

Nearly 70 People Shot, Five Of Them Fatally, Over Independence Day Weekend: Even with an additional 1,500 officers on the streets, Chicago still saw significant violence over the long holiday weekend, with at least 68 people shot, five of them fatally, since July 4th.

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/5/20682938/fourth-july-holiday-weekend-shooting-gun-violence

The second link is a more accurate number of 63 wounded, they both agree on the number dead. What a shame. The top cop gave a press conference saying what I've been saying from day one. The repeat offenders with felony convictions have no business being on our streets, and how in the hell do they keep getting guns? The top cop like myself, wants that revolving criminal justice door slammed shut for these repeat gun offenders with felony convictions. It makes no sense that they are released back on the streets. That is not the way you make a city safer anywhere in this country.

Super Madness: 63 shot — 5 fatally — over Fourth of July weekend

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/5/20682938/fourth-july-holiday-weekend-shooting-gun-violence

Shit! Well. you already know how this blog will go. There's no curfew for criminals over the age of 18, so these dick-heads hangout in the wee hours of the morning looking for someone they can shoot at. You can't declare an all out curfew because many decent people work at night and, the ACLU would go ape-shit. So what can you do? My answer, more cameras on the side streets and alleys. I say that because, the 1500 sure do appear in the wrong places at the wrong time.

Madness Continues: 41 shot — 5 fatally — over Fourth of July weekend

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/5/20682938/fourth-july-holiday-weekend-shooting-gun-violence

Damn shame. In the meantime, the 1500 still appear being at the wrong places at the wrong times. I've stated many times we need cameras on every street corner and alley in this city. Until that happens this insanity will continue. Come on politicians lets get those cams up.

4 Killed, 29 Wounded Since Start Of July 4th Holiday Weekend

4 Killed, 29 Wounded Since Start Of July 4th Holiday Weekend: Even with 1,500 additional police officers on duty, the holiday weekend has gotten off to a bloody start, with at least 33 people shot since July 4th, four of them fatally.

32 shot — 4 fatally — over Fourth of July weekend

I take it the "1500" were in the wrong place? I told you this city needs cameras on the side streets and in the alleys because these low-life dirt-bags scatter when a police presence is near. More cameras will increase arrest and imprisonment of these scumbags because the populace isn't helping. The police have a documented gang member list so, match the shooter/s with the video and lock that ass up for life. Why? They are repeat offenders.

The cameras are not a privacy concern. These are public streets, and this is a public safety issue. If your concerned about your privacy, close your curtains or draw your blinds. Besides, the cameras will be viewing the block not your home/apartments. Since the populace will not help, this tactic must be employed so these repeat offenders can be locked up for good.

Madness Continues: 7 shot, 1 killed Wednesday in Chicago

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/4/20682054/7-shot-1-killed-wednesday-in-chicago

Meanwhile, 1500 cops are on the streets and this shit still happened. Here's an idea. Put up more cameras on side streets and alleys. Ask the federal government for funding so cities and states can buy wireless cameras and have them installed on residential homes and apartment buildings for free. If they can divert funds from the national parks, surely they can do the same for this massive public safety issue? What do you think?

Madness Continues: 1 killed, 5 wounded in Tuesday shootings

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/3/20680402/1-killed-5-wounded-in-tuesday-shootings

https://chicago.suntimes.com/2019/7/3/20680990/chicago-police-fourth-july-4-weekend-crime-violence-lightfoot

1500 cops? Where were they yesterday when one was killed and five were wounded? Oh wait, I know the reason why. They are criminals so who cares? One less gang member on the streets is how many see this. I can't wait and see the numbers for today, the next day, and God forbid the weekend. I'll keep you updated. In the meantime, enjoy your 4th.

Madness Continues: Man killed, 8 wounded Monday in Chicago gun violence

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/7/1/20678360/monday-shootings-july-1-2019

You can only hope it will calm down during this holiday week but, I have my doubts. These are mindless lost souls we are dealing with. They just don't give a damn unless the barrel of a gun is pointed at them. That's when they shit their pants and cry like babies. In the meantime, the politicians and law enforcement agencies are "flooding the streets" again. Oh and by the way, our religious leaders still haven't led a mass protest demanding action. Go figure.

Monday, July 1, 2019

It's Still Madness: 56 shot — 4 fatally — in Chicago over weekend

https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2019/6/29/19797828/chicago-weekend-gun-violence-june-28-july-1-shootings-56-shot-4-killed

https://chicago.suntimes.com/news/2019/7/1/20676793/chicago-shootings-four-year-low-through-first-half-of-2019-police-crime-stats

It's that time of the month again when they polish the turd and proclaim shootings hit a four year low. I'd wish they tell that to the 56 people with four deaths shot in one fucking weekend. In the meantime, it's business as usual with still no joint press conference from politicians and law enforcement explaining what they will do. There's also still no mass protest led by the religious leaders demanding action. Go figure.
