Damn shame. In the meantime, there's still no joint press conference detailing a plan for reducing these numbers. There's still no mass protest led by the religious leaders in the affected neighborhoods, city hall, and downstate demanding action. Just the same old do nothing approach as the shootings, carjackings, and robberies continue. There are solutions but, many victims refuse cooperating with law enforcement only because they seek revenge. That's never a good move because the wrong people often get caught in the crossfire. That's the vicious cycle that must be broken. Turn them in.
