In the meantime, our politicians and clergy continue ignoring the carnage. Yes, these miscreants can return to school and obtain a diploma and go on for a degree. But, after that good luck finding a decent paying job in those neighborhoods because, there are none. Just minimum wage or under the table cash payments. The only "large" grocery store in my neighborhood isn't Black owned. Neither are the little corner stores.
When marijuana becomes available for sale you can bet there will also be very little Black owned stores in these neighborhoods. Here's why. The permit process is racially designed for discouraging Black owned business. Think of all the hands money must pass through before you can even pour concrete for a foundation?
