Here's a thought. If you have or know a documented gang member, why can't there be legislation enforcing a 9PM curfew on them? I mean after all, they have a criminal record and are most likely on probation or parole. I don't see that as cruel and unusual punishment under any state or federal constitution, so why not draw it up and put it into law? I can also envision an exemption if they have a job going beyond that time period. Just a thought. What do you think?
