A man that had nothing was killed and for what? This is the low of lows. If we bring back the death penalty, we must ensure it's done the right way with conclusive evidence. And, we must fully use death by electric chair, guillotine, and firing squad. How else can you send a message that terrorism will not be tolerated? I know some will say that minorities will be deeply impacted by such measures but, you are innocent until (And this is the key word) proven guilty. A reformed criminal justice system can do such as that, not the current system we have now. Think about it and wonder why politicians are not publicly speaking about it when you go vote.
