Remember when the DEA agent got shot in the Back Of The Yards neighborhood? If you don't, police and federal agents swarmed that neighborhood looking for the shooter. During that time, there was not one shooting for over a month in that area. As soon as the police and feds caught the bum and left, shootings returned.
