Where's the press conference for that? Don't worry, you'll never see it. One would think if those cameras helped crack a lie, you would think they can also track and crack these shooters? Remember when the DEA agent got shot in the Back Of The Yards neighborhood? If you don't, police and federal agents swarmed that neighborhood looking for the shooter. During that time, there was not one shooting for over a month in that area. As soon as the police and feds caught the bum and left, shootings returned.
Indifference is the cause of low shooting clearance rates. Yet, when one of their own is on the receiving end of the bullet, clearance rates go up. When that happens, you have another press conference. But for the others, nothing, And the shootings return.
