You really must be a complete low-life horrible person when you shoot a 12 year old kid just looking out a window. Yet, here we are. Five people shot in two days of a new year. Now ask yourself, what's being said and done? Wait for it. Still waiting? Guess what? You'll be waiting for quite some time.
