Any bets the majority of the victims are on the documented gang members list? Another thing that caught my attention, is the fact this didn't happen in what they call an impoverished neighborhood. Rogers Park and West Rogers Park isn't know for extreme levels of poverty. So why are they also turning out gang members? Simple answer, when they tore down the projects around there, they dispersed the mini-terrorist into those areas. This insanity spreads like cancer and yet, our politicians and clergy continue ignoring it.
