I understand the criminal justice process. You must encounter the Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How process once you begin building a case. The only exception is when a criminal act is committed right in front of you. The cameras, if there are any, document the crime and the perpetrator/s. The police make the arrest and if necessary request warrants for additional evidence. The prosecutors present the case before a judge. The judge depending upon the plea gives a jury the deciding sentence or, the judge does it themselves. But you must ask yourself, why does it take so long when these fuck-heads are out there doing this shit everyday? Only when it reaches the news media, you see officials scramble. I hope that pisses you off.
