You must admit, this city is nuts. With all this crap going on these assholes actually got out and took the time for creating mayhem. Here's a few examples. A cop gets busted for sexually assaulting a dude in custody at a hospital. Some dumb-ass girl fakes a gun threat at a school just to see how the police would respond. Yet, here we are acting like everything is fine.
