Well, well, well. Isn't it amazing how these fucking knuckle-heads manage not getting caught? If only these politicians demand the installation of cameras on each and every street and alley, maybe this will slow down the mayhem. Hey, you never know, at the very least, it will show our politicians are doing something. Are you still wondering why they are not?
