I find the second link interesting. When the heat is on in the city, the scum flees into other localities. That's a historical movement pattern whenever criminals are under the threat of arrest. They go for places where law enforcement is not as dense as large city populations. But look on the bright side. At least our politicians and clergy still haven't done anything, not even a joint press conference on how they will tackle this problem. Are you still wondering why?
