Meanwhile, it's business as usual with politicians and clergy still ignoring the carnage. Think about that. The (so far) largest mass shooting in United States history, and we don't even have a federal gun trafficking law on the books. Some states do and some don't. What will it finally take? Body counts going back in history? In this country we have the deaths from the revolutionary war, and so on. There's the mass genocide of Native Americans and lynching of Blacks. What will it take?
Do Black and Brown people have to legally arm themselves in record numbers again, so that paranoid, bigoted lawmakers repeat history like Ronald and the state legislature did in California? Whomever is for a person with mental impairments the right in owning a gun, is suffering from a mental impairment and shouldn't own one themselves. That my fellow Americans is called common sense legislation. Yet today, we have no federal gun trafficking law on the books. Auto insurance is in all state databases. Why not guns? They both kill intentionally and unintentionally. What will it take?
