I think you'll find the second link as correlation with crime incidents in the city. It's the same as gutting mental health funding and dumping those people in need on the streets. There's no excuse for any of it. It's simply based on greed. This is why we need an elected school board. It's the only way we can end this putrid state of affairs.

Yes, we do have elected officials running state, county, and local governments but, they are the ones allowing bullshit like the second link to happen. How you ask? Well, they go and pay some unqualified assclown to run against them ensuring their re-election. So we the voters, hold are collective noses and allow them back in.
