I'm betting the idiots caught in the second link have prior felony convictions. That shouldn't come as no surprise for many of us. All we can do is hope these idiot politicians fix the sentencing guidelines, and give discretion back to the courts and ending the current revolving door policy in-place now. As far as the main link, once again it's business as usual with the mayor and governor as they have yet to hold a joint press conference detailing a comprehensive plan attacking this carnage.
