Three articles with one solution for pushing these horrific shootings down, jobs. But let's be real about the type of jobs we are talking here. They are all low paying retail jobs. Now if you are talking about law enforcement, teaching, and other social services you are looking at a multi-year delay in fulfillment because they require college degrees.

In a nutshell, both the former and current top cop explained why this is happening. “You don’t erase decades of inappropriate treatment in a year, “You just don’t." The guy running for governor cites small business opportunities yet fails addressing the fact that banks will not lend money to certain people of color. Example: Prior to the Vietnam war Blacks owned many small "Mom & Pop stores".  When the war ended, they were pushed out by banks and the loans were given to, you guessed it. Fast forward to the middle east. The same shit happened again. Go into any black community and just look at the Muslim owned stores. The only alternative is getting that college degree so these neighborhoods can finally stabilize. But how do you do that? Well, you stop fucking around and fully fund public education with quality teachers.
