Huh? Wait a second. Don't we already have a residency rule in the city? Why yes we do. Yet, here's the rub. The public safety workers move into low crime areas within the city. If you don't believe that, check out this quote from a Black alderman: “I’m picking Chatham over Englewood every day of the week.”
Speaks volumes doesn't it? Meanwhile, 3 were killed and 5 wounded all across the city yesterday. Ya think they'll pick those areas?
