The "I thought it was somebody else" argument doesn't fly here for shooting a 13 year old. You know that's what this coward will say in the presence of the judge. I think the ATF is going to need a few more ballistics trucks around this city. One just isn't going to cut it.
On another note. If you do keep up with this blog, notice how these shootings keep happening relatively in same areas? The local paper (Chicago Sun-Times) did a great article on the "Back of the Yards" neighborhood slow gentrification, and the long running gang war. Practically everyday a shooting is mentioned there. The same can be said with a couple of areas in the Austin district and the more infamous Southside of Chicago. To paraphrase the movie Jaws, you're gonna need more ATF ballistic trucks.
