Have you noticed no press conference anywhere from governors or mayors around the country? Would you expect anything less? Just like crack, and the pain killer crisis explosions, gun violence will also spread. Never forget your history.
When crack hit the streets, none of you politicians cared. Until, your own kind became addicted and you tinkered with the crack versus cocaine sentencing disparity. The pain killers are considered "Rich Peoples Drug". You politicians didn't worry about that because, Black and Brown people couldn't afford it like you. And once again, that thought process backfired. Now you have an "Epidemic" among your own kind. Now look at your guns everywhere law. You know it's just a matter of time when that ultimate fuck up will bite you in the ass. That's the elephant in the room. Never forget your history.
