Freezing property taxes is stupid. Giving tax cuts to the rich is stupid. Placing the tax burden on the poor, and middle class is stupid. Privatizing the Illinois lottery is stupid. Charter schools while fucking over public schools is stupid.
Set the state income tax rate for those making over 300,000 at 39% and use that money for funding schools, law enforcement, and social services. That ain't rocket science.
