Meanwhile, our politicians continue ignoring the carnage. Do you ever get the feeling they are just hoping they kill and maim each other off?
Giving police Tasers is good. Making sure police have functioning dash cams is good. But these shootings happen daily. That's not good. Where's the demand for cameras on every street corner? Where's the protest at city hall? Hell! Where's the protest in these neighborhoods? Why hasn't any city council members, cook county commissioners, and state legislators passed any legislation dealing with this carnage? Maybe they are hoping they kill and maim each other off.
