Wow! Talk about balls. These are the same motherfuckers that under-funded, undermined, handcuffed, and basically ran out of town the last inspector. Meanwhile, another dead body is found. Do these motherfuckers care? Nope.
All they are interested in is covering their own asses, and sucking taxpayers dry. Did you know they receive a separate fund for running an office (If you can find it) in the wards they are supposed to serve? Talk about balls.
