With all the solutions out there for combating this carnage, why haven't our elected leaders enacted any legislation like universal background checks? That's one of the more simplest legislative acts they shouldn't have a problem passing. Yet, the blood thirsty, ghoulish NRA whispers in their GOP and democratic ears, we'll bus in our deranged gun nuts to disrupt your town halls, and run libelous television ads against you in upcoming elections. The panicked politicians soon tuck their collective tails between butt cheeks and flee.
The majority of American gun owners support universal background checks. Why are politicians ignoring them and only do the will of the blood thirsty, ghoulish NRA?
