The sorry ass governor we have even had the audacity in vetoing a marijuana bill that would reduce fines, yet changed it to increase fines on minorities. We all know how that ends up. Minorities can't pay the increased fines, so off to jail they go. Typical prison pipeline bullshit. This ass-clown refuses taxing his cocaine sniffing wealthy buddies, but sure can increase taxes and fines on the poor, working poor, and devastated middle class residents of this state.
