Charged with "reckless conduct"? I wonder what skin color these dip-shits are? If they were a different hue, would they be charged as terrorist? Under the Patriot Act they could. They set it off at a school. They conspired in doing so. Technically, that's a terrorist act. Why the slap on the wrist? What happened with that infamous "zero-tolerance policy"?
