Once again I ask, where are the politicians, parents, and clergy? How in the hell can you have evidence of "documented gang members" and not put them under surveillance? You do realize they are targeted for assassination? You also have cameras up and down major intersections and roadways, but zip on side-streets and alleys. Why? That's where all your shootings happen.
Here's your history lesson folks. Shootings rose during the Reagan administration when he colluded with governors in forcing drug dealers out on the streets for a much easier roundup. The threat of having a home or entire apartment building confiscated because of drug activity sent cold shivers down owners spines. Now, the fight for corner control begins.
Fast forward. The increase in shootings forces the governments to install cameras along major intersections and roadways which sends the drug dealer and crew down side streets and alleys. With no cameras in these areas, shootings continue at a more horrific rate. Yes folks, that's where all your shootings happen, and nothing is being done about it.
